About the videos.. If you mean which one is better i would say the dubstep one. The sync is really good, but the flashes looks really weird in my opinion.
The j-rock video looks out of sync and kinda slow for the song

Yea I agree how it's to slow now that I look at it. What would you recommend me doing instead of the flashes?

The problem with the flashes is that you repite them to much, so i recomend you to not use them if its not really necessary.
